The Everyday!

Lately there's been a flouring trend, of pairing street style with edgy chic. I was never the type to pull out a pair of sneakers, but sneakers must be getting cuter or this trend is just making them look cuter either way I'm loving it. Now we can showcase our fashionable side and still be incredibly comfortable. For this outfit I decided another “simplicity at its finest look”, where I have the simple T-shirt dress, with a polka dot fitted cap. Then for my shoe choice I went with the classic all white shell toe Adidas and my choice of pop was that bomb lavender fur bag! Topshop is on a roll, this bag had lavender fur with gold trimmings and a gold chain like strap, it was one of those gasping moments when you feel like you just hit the lottery. Plus you can never go wrong with a pop of FUR! A perfect look for any laid back occasion.

The Prairie Gal

I always find it innovative when a brand can successfully combine two eras into one garment. Something about this dress made me think of “the little house on the prairie”, from the high neckline to the long sleeves and the floral print this was old meets new and I fell in love. Topshop really made this dress appealing to the young eye with the lace up in the midsection and the deep slits on each side of the dress. I paired it with a boat hat and a bomb lace up chunky sandal to give a even more edgy look. When you have an overpowering print like this one there's really no need for a bunch of accessories the dress is your attention grabber already. Great job, Topshop!

Even though I love being overdramatic through dress, you don't always have to be. Sometimes the best outfits are the most effortless. I like to call this “Simplicity at its Finest”! It’s the ability to put a few simple items together without trying to be extra yet through the midst of it all you actually just put together one of your best outfits. We've all seen the uprising trend on basics, which has made staple items more and more trendy to have. This denim jumpsuit is simple, yet versatile since you can achieve so many different looks through it! I loved the light blue wash of it, and it was also extremely comfortable. These white mules are also another basic that's versatile, and they gave you a little edginess with the clear strap in the front. I think this a perfect look to go out to brunch with bae!

Blowing in the Wind

This dress made me feel like a modern day Keira Knightley, when she played in the Pride & Prejudice. It was giving me the ultimate 1940's vibe with the hugged crop on the sleeves and the tie up in the front yet the twist was the polka dotted mesh pattern. I thought it'd be a great way to complete the look by wearing all black and giving it a kick with my high black suede platforms.
